- Two-track, 24-topic curriculum determined by multi-sourced needs assessment
- WHF CME/CE Credit Designation:
- CME Credit. The Foundation for Better Health Care (FBHC) designates this activity for a maximum of 15 category 1 credits toward the AMA Physician's Recognition Award
- AAFP EB-CME Credit. This activity has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to 28.00 credits by the American Academy of Family Physicians. Of these credits, 14.00 conform to the AAFP criteria for evidence-based CME clinical content. CME credit has been increased to reflect 2 for 1 credit for only the EB CME portion. When reporting AAFP credit, report total Prescribed and Elective credit for this activity. It is not necessary to label credit as evidence-based CME for reporting purposes.
The EB CME credit awarded for this activity was based on practice recommendations that were the most current with the strongest level of evidence available at the time this activity was approved. Since clinical research is ongoing, AAFP recommends that learners verify sources and review these and other recommendations prior to implementation into practice. - NP Credit. This activity has been evaluated and approved by the Continuing Education Approval Program of the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health for 14.4 contact hours of continuing education.
- AAPA Credit. The American Academy of Physician Assistants accepts Prescribed credit from the AAFP
- RN Credit. Nurses may earn up to 13.2 contact hours of nursing credit
