Arrangements have been made with the Hilton Garden Inn and the Hampton Inn, to reserve a limited number of hotel rooms at a reduced rate. Both hotels are conveniently located in Center City, and within walking distance to the venue of our event, The Pennsylvania Convention Center.

To book your accommodations at our special conference rate for the nights of Thursday, September 18 through Saturday, September 20, 2008, please contact the hotel's Reservation Department by calling the respective number listed above. To obtain the conference rate, be sure to mention the correct group code, which is also listed above.

Reservation Deadline: Reservations must be received by Saturday, August 16, 2008. After that date reservations will be accepted on a space available basis at the standard rate.
