- Thank you for your interest in the 2009 Women’s Healthcare Forum. We are sorry to announce that we are postponing this year’s program. Unfortunately, the economic crisis our country is currently experiencing has not left the medical industry untouched. Support for last year’s programs was minimal and we suffered a substantial loss. Without incoming medical education grants, we are unable to conduct the Women’s Healthcare Forum in 2009. Thank you very much for your past and current participation in the Women’s Healthcare Forum. We will continue to pursue support for future Forums and will be certain to communicate with you regarding our endeavors.
The Women's Healthcare Forum Conference and Exhibition (WHF) is the largest and most comprehensive professional education program exclusively focused on principal and preventive healthcare for women.
WHF provides you the opportunity to reach over 5,000 US-based primary care providers (PCPs) who will participate in our 4-city CME and exhibition programs. The exhibition program offers an unprecedented opportunity for leading healthcare organizations to improve the awareness, knowledge, and image of their brands among healthcare providers who serve women.
Exhibition Program Overview
- Reach over 5,000 US-based healthcare professionals who provide primary care to women
- 6 hours of unopposed floor time (exhibits open 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM for 2 consecutive days)
- Conference refreshment breaks and meal functions held on and adjacent to the exhibit area
- Unique workshops, presentations, and networking events enhance education, extend participant time in the exhibit area, and provide compelling value to sponsors
- Introduced in 2007 at the request of our CME conference participants, providing them the opportunity for more meaningful interaction with healthcare companies than is possible in their practice environments
Our Audience
Since 2001, healthcare professionals dedicated to improving outcomes for women have participated in WHF events. In 2008, we will reach over 5,000 PCPs by leveraging our strong 2007 debut in three new cities and our partnership with the American Medical Women's Association to co-host their annual meeting at our Anaheim event.
Reach a Broad Range of Healthcare Professionals
The majority of healthcare professionals who participate in WHF events are female clinicians whose patient practice is primarily women

70% rated WHF as above average or a model of its kind when comparing it to other CME events
Audience Development Partners
We gratefully acknowledge and honor the organizations that support our mission and help us ensure primary care providers have the opportunity to participate in high-quality, low-cost CME and to join a community dedicated to providing comprehensive and integrative healthcare for women.
